Bullying Reporting and Prevention

The Texas State logo with a maroon star and the text 'Texas School Safety Center'.
The Texas School Safety Center has developed a bullying checklist for schools to assist in determining if an action or actions constitute bullying (or cyberbullying) under the Texas Education Code. The checklist facilitates a step by step decision process that is mapped to the various components of the law. Refer to the checklists at the bottom of this page.

Ricardo's Policy on Bullying FFI (LOCAL) addresses bullying of District students. For purposes of this policy, the term "bullying" includes cyberbullying. Please contact your child's principal if you have any questions regarding FFI (LOCAL).
